Software Engineer

Purpose:

StationMD, a dynamic and innovative telemedicine company, is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of our telemedicine solutions for new clients in various states, as well as expanding services for existing clients. This role requires a blend of skills in project management, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and telemedicine technology.

Position Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Primary Functions:

• Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Client Onboarding: Coordinate and oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of StationMD's services into their systems
• Expansion Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies for expanding services to existing clients, including identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and overseeing execution
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across all parties
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all implementations comply with state-specific healthcare regulations and standards, adapting processes as needed for different states
• Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for clients and staff, ensuring effective use of StationMD’s technology and services
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of implemented projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
