Immigration law firm in Buffalo seeking motivated attorney to practice immigration law including family-based, employment-based and deportation defense. Spanish fluency is a huge plus but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated interest in immigration law practice are desired. Must be admitted to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction. New York license not required although beneficial. Canadian lawyers may be considered for this position in conjunction with a TN visa, if admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.
