Immigration Law Associate Attorney

We are seeking an Immigration Law Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in deportation proceedings and interviews before government agencies, draft immigration forms, petitions and legal documents. Our office environment focuses on a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to learn and gain experience in Immigration Law. 

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies (EOIR and USCIS) 
• Prepare and draft immigration forms, petitions, legal documents and other necessary documents on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
• Provide legal support to clients and staff 

​​Qualifications:

• JD and current valid license in any US state (Willing to consider a JD Graduate taking the Bar in February 2024)
• Passion for Immigration Law
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting
• Ability to work on daily tasks independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision
