Immediate Opening -Lpn

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [Georgia]
- Knowledge of specialized procedures airway management, wound care, trach care, feeding tubes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a moderately-paced environment
- Understanding of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols
