Technical/Functional Skills:
The client needs an experienced MS BI developer with strong knowledge on SQL Server 2008R2, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding and development skills on SQL Server 2008 R2, SSRS and SSIS.
- Candidate should be capable of understanding the existing code logic and make the required changes as per the requirements.
- Should have good working knowledge on different types of SSRS reports including charts, matrix, tablix, etc.
- Should possess strong working knowledge on SSIS and should be able to understand the current framework and develop new packages are per the requirement.
- Knowledge on MS Access, SSAS, and TFS is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Experience required: 5-7 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
The other responsibilities expected are:
- Liaise with the business analysts and understand the requirement and develop the necessary code in SQL and SSRS Report.
- Perform unit testing of the code and ensure the code delivered is error free.
- Based on the work involved provide an estimate for the work completion and ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow the standards and architecture framed by the client.
