Electronic Technician Maintenance III - Active Secret
Seize the opportunity and make a personal impact as an Electronic Technician Maintenance III with GDIT. As an Electronic Technician Maintenance III, you will be responsible for supporting the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in reviewing webforms requests for printing training curriculum materials. The position requires that you review files and print various types of manuals and training aids through the utilization of computer programs and printers that ensure all aspects of the different training materials are accurate prior to printing and distribution. You will interface directly with TSA Headquarters Personnel, Academies, and with 400 + airports to complete, submit, process, and deliver the requested printed materials. On average you will review and process approximately 9,000 webforms request for printing curriculum materials on an annual basis. Package the printed material and prepare it for shipping.

HOW AN ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Configure and maintain various types of printers and associated equipment to ensure all aspects of the different training materials are accurate prior to printing and distribution.
- Review files provided by various agencies and departments and print various types of manuals and training aids based on requirements set forth by the customer.
- Maintain direct interface with TSA Headquarters Personnel, Academies, and with 400 + airports to complete, submit, process, and deliver printed request forms.
- Provide a status report of activities to include date of receipt for material, date of training, COR approval, order number, type of training, quantities requested, shipment status (staged, sent, cnx, etc.), shipping labels required for shipment, airport received status, number of items sent, discrepancies). The report shall be submitted weekly or as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Required Experience: 5 years of experience.
- Required Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications and especially with Excel Spreadsheet software.
- Security Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance and TSA suitability is required.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer relationship and able to communicate and resolve issues. Able to think outside the box to meet the deliverables dates as requested by the customer. Able to work with others in team environment to accomplish the work in a timely fashion.
- Preferred Skills: Able to operate Cannon Image Press C-800 and C-8000 VP Printers.,
