We are looking for an addition to our administrative team! Strong candidates will possess an analytical eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
The IHS Time Analyst will work with the In-Home Services department to ensure comprehensive processes and procedures are followed. This position will be responsible for a variety of time keeping functions, including analyzing caregiver's electronic timesheets for accuracy and compliance purposes. This role also works closely with the finance department, providing various reports for payroll and billing. This position also serves as occasional backup for field staff, so previous healthcare experience is a plus!
Duties Include:
- Analyze, quality-check, and process electronic time sheets for payroll within the designated time
- Work directly with caregivers to facilitate their understanding, to make corrections, and obtain missing information.
- Review and analyze reports to ensure
- Remain available as back-up to field staff to provide caretaking duties as needed
- Participate in the on-call rotation for the IHS department
- Complete end-of-month the first week of the new month and report when finalized to Finance
- Create recertification care plans and associated schedules
- Analyze PARs, timesheets and schedules to ensure compliance
- Maintain files and client paperwork
- Collaborate with the IHS Director to ensure compliancy and timely responses to situations.
- Assists the IHS Operations Manager and the IHS Director with audits and administrative duties as assigned
