What Winning Looks Like:

• Partner with IT Support and Procurement to manage team member access to tools
• Monitor services to refine and improve manual systematic operations
• Manage and improve team member identity lifecycle
• Plan, implement, and maintain automated processes related to identity and access lifecycle
• Provide support for day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests
• Create and maintain documentation related to identity and access management processes
• Collaborate with IAM Administrators and project stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
• Perform audits to review team member tool access

Skills Needed to Win:

• 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of technologies such as Azure AD, SCIM, SAML, Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience within Okta or other similar tool (i.e. SailPoint, Ping Identity) preferred, but not required.
• Previous/current experience working with SaaS tools
• Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented/process driven and amazing problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills

$55,000 - $80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
