Identity Intelligence Analyst
Key Role:
Conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities, including fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior, for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks. Fuse identity attributes, including biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes, to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action. Analyze friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community. Support the production and coordination of doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance Identity Intelligence (I2). Provide up to 24/7/365 I2 support for deployed forces, DoD Biometric-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), National Level Watchlisting operations, CONUS and OCONUS operations, and DoD component of Homeland Security Presidential Directives 6, 11, and 24. Perform case management for all DON system submissions.
Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience developing finished intelligence, biometric or biographic analysis reports, SIGINT or Cellular Exploitation (CELLEX) analysis reports, document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)-derived reports, all-source analytic reports, briefings, RFI responses, or training material
• Experience in MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination
• Experience with systems or repositories for research and exploitation such as DON systems and BI2R
• Knowledge of I2 biometric information such as Electronic Fingerprint Transaction (EFT) files, Originating Identifiers (ORI), Transaction Control Numbers (TCN), or Biometric Identifiers (BID)
• Knowledge of forensics methodologies and analytical processes to identify, extract, exploit, and disseminate I2 information from documents and media seized during military operations
• Ability to perform shift work at the discretion of I2 Branch supervisors and leadership
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
