Our Super cute Hand-Dipped Ice Cream Parlor needs your help! We are a family-owned business in East-end Oak Hill that is serving the best hand-dipped Ice Cream in our area. If you like a clean, fun, fast-paced job—this is it!

We are accepting applications for a PART-TIME Shift Leader position. Our parlor is open from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.ish seven days a week. **Some Sundays and some Evenings are required**

TFB Lead scoopers are others-oriented, acting for the benefit of both their team members and our customers. TFB’s team is committed to the excellent quality of our products and our guests. Scoopers and Leaders greet our guests, make the best cones and cups of Ice Cream, and create happy moments for all our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Ice Cream Scooper Shift Leader provides and helps the Scoopers provide fast, friendly service to guests . You will work alongside our team members to provide excellent guest service to our guests.

-You will be responsible for Opening and/or Closing the Parlor.

-Help count and split the tips equally with the Team working that shift.

-Preparing daily bank deposits and running end of day reports.

-Help cover or find someone to cover a shift when a team member can't make in for their scheduled work shift.

- Take orders, scoop and serve Ice Cream, make and serve shakes, sundaes, banana splits and cones to customers with a smile, and help team members do the same.

* Team members will be scooping delicious Ice Cream which requires bending over dipping cabinets and using upper body strength.

- Prepare waffle batter and waffle cones

- Maintain stocking levels of supplies

- Perform cash handling and point of sale procedures.

- You will multitask in a fast-paced environment with front of house and back of house responsibilities.

- Keeping all the Ice Cream tubs scraped and presentable to the customer

- Cleaning the inside and outside of the shop -- including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, sanitizing food areas, sanitizing front lobby, and cleaning bathroom.

- Be familiar with all Ice Cream flavors and ingredients to answer customer questions

- You must always be proactive and avoid personal distractions—no downtime!

- You will need reliable transportation.

Physical:Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Experience:

Food Service and Customer Service Experience highly preferred.

Must be over 18 to apply and willing to undergo a background check

MUST obtain food handlers card upon hire.
