We are currently seeking a well-rounded Security Engineer with experience scaling and leading effective identity and access management (IAM)
Responsibilities
- Design solutions adhering to functional requirements, features, and service specifications.
- Participate in business and IT projects, ensuring compliance with agreed requirements and safeguarding service operations.
- Manage partnerships, including vendor selection, service/SLA/contract management, and ensuring delivery according to requirements.
- Oversee application/service lifecycle management to ensure compliance and support.
- Ensure service delivery (Reliable, Available, Secure, Compliant) within agreed SLAs and OLAs through IT service management practices.
- Provide customer support, understanding their needs, and delivering required solutions.
- Adhere to applicable guidelines, policies, and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in the security industry.
- Experience in IAM, EKM, and Data Protection solution initiatives.
- Proficiency in technology products fulfilling enterprise security needs.
- Ability to assess EKM, IAM, and Data Protection capabilities in various environments.
- Experience in automation, technical requirement management, and project execution.
- Skills in creating scalable processes, preferably using Lean concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in Enterprise Key Management, Azure Security Solutions, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection lifecycle, Data Loss Prevention, Multi-factor authentication, Zero Trust, Access Models, automation, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, EKM tools, Identity Governance tools, CyberArk, and authentication/connectivity protocols.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
Desired Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- CyberArk Trustee, Defender, Sentry, or Guardian.
