Summary:
Responsible for managing large scale, enterprise-wide Programs with multiple projects and work streams. Programs involve delivery of critical strategic business capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units or disciplines. The Project Management function manages a BU project or program to successful outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):
- Provide governance over user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Implement and enhance IGA policies to ensure proper access controls and compliance.
Privileged Access Management (PAM):
- Provide governance over PAM solutions to secure and monitor privileged accounts.
- Define and enforce PAM policies to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access.
Cloud Governance:
- Develop and implement cloud governance strategies for our cloud environments.
- Define and enforce cloud security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize cloud resources and control costs.
Security Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and security standards (e.g., SOX, SOC, PII) and report on compliance metrics related to IAM, IGA, PAM, and cloud governance.
- Implement and manage continuous compliance monitoring processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT and security teams while they are integrating IAM solutions into existing systems.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on IAM best practices.
Troubleshooting and Incident Response:
- Respond to IAM-related incidents or control breaks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM processes.
- Generate regular reports on IAM, IGA, PAM, and cloud governance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of professional experience with significant experience working as a PM on complicated projects with multiple cross functional teams
- Proven experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation.
- Familiarity with identity management tools and systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Experience using Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced enough to handle process improvement and synergies "big picture"
- Comfortable running sql queries and digging into the details of a project. Curiosity is key!
- Experienced in IGA, PAM or Cloud governance
- Experienced in creating metrics and dashboard

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
