Hybrid Provider Support Specialist

Job Description:

• Will be taking about 50-60 calls from providers each day
• Responsible for discussing bills and coverage for members and membership guidelines (example: could be calling to verify member's coverage, guidelines for coverage, and appeals, etc.)
• Will be sending follow-up emails/information to providers/members to make sure they have all of the information required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working in a medical setting for at least 2 years (within the last 5 years)
• Familiarity with talking about coding in general (ICD-10), medical procedures, insurance verification etc.
• Hard wired internet – closed-door work space when working from home

Pay: $18/hr

Work Environment:

• Hybrid Schedule (2 days remote/3 days in office)
• Faith Based, Christian organization

Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8 hour shift between 8 am-9pm
