Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Parent Training.
- Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs.
- Empower and coach parents and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans.
- Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times.
- Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers
- Manage own schedule and caseload.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.

Requirements
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- LBA in state of NC (current or applied for license)

Blue Balloon is a multidisciplinary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company created to address the needs of children who present with signs or symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). At Blue Balloon, we believe a multidisciplinary approach benefits the unique needs of each child by increasing collaboration across providers, thereby yielding better outcomes for each child.
