Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-5:00pm; Rotating On-Call (Every 6-7 Weeks), Weekends & 24/7 Coverage May Be Required During On-Call

Location: For Service Technicians, Neelands is looking for candidates within 60 miles of Atlanta, GA & Macon, GA. For Start-Up Technicians, Neelands will consider any candidates from anywhere within Georgia, or from any locations within 100 miles of Georgia.

Service Technician: Job Description

• Response to service calls, scheduled maintenance and repairs for refrigeration and mechanical equipment;
• Perform diagnostics to detect malfunctions and defects in equipment;
• Install and braze equipment;
• Troubleshoot to ensure the system is functioning properly following repairs;
• Learn and perform proper service practices;
• Effectively communicate and update all information regarding assignments to the team;
• Assist in building service area and region;
• Provide own basic tools for the trade;
• Build and maintain positive relationship with customers or clients;
• Other duties as required including working in other departments;

Service Technician: Preferred Candidate Background & Experience

Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience servicing supermarket rack systems or warehouse refrigeration rack systems and have their EPA Universal Certification. Neelands is looking for experienced refrigeration technicians with a consistent work history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $38.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
