The Role
The Closing Coordinator supports the Sales, Customer Service and Construction functions, to include:
- Processing all new home contracts in IHMS.
- Updating closing trackers for homes under agreement and closed.
- Scheduling and processing all home closings and lot closings.
- Ordering, reviewing and approving all closing documentation for construction loans.
- Coordinating building permits in a timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Managing customer service data.
- Obtaining permits from various municipalities and coordinating permit fees.
- Handling complaints and resolving grievances by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Serving as a liaison to Construction Managers.
- Serving as the Field OSHA Coordinator.
- Providing front desk reception and administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
At least two years' relevant experience
