Responsibilities

• Perform service repairs on products or equipment as needed.
• Assist with sales activities when opportunities arise.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with products to ensure efficient repairs.
• Communicate with customers to understand their repair or sales needs.
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers during sales interactions.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during service and sales activities.

Job requirements

• NATE certification(helpful but not required)
• EPA certification(required)
• Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in residential HVAC systems
• Experience and proficiency in brazing techniques
• Sales experience related to residential HVAC products and services
• Must have basic tools of the trade
• Minimum of 3 years experience in servicing HVAC systems
• Must possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Pass a background check with a clean record
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
