Hvac Service Manager (Relocation Assistance)

As an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Service Manager, your role involves overseeing the operation of the HVAC service department within a company. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with this position:

• Team Management: You'll lead a team of HVAC technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service is vital. You'll handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
• Service Delivery: You'll coordinate and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for residential, commercial, or industrial clients. This involves managing work orders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure work meets industry standards and company expectations.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels of parts and equipment needed for HVAC repairs and installations. This includes ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards, including environmental regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and keep up with industry advancements.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment and negotiate favorable terms.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
