Service Technician Job Description:
- Provide professional service, maintenance, and installation of residential and light commercial AC systems.
- Lead your team following the state, county, and city mechanical codes.
- Present and sell solutions to our customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of AC service experience.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Complete set of AC tools including power tools, digital gauges, torches, etc.
- Reliable transportation to and from our office (Company Van Provided during work hours).
Attitude:
- "Can do" attitude (a willingness to jump in and get the work done).
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Team Player.
- On-time.
- Coachable.
Schedule:
- M-F 8 am - 5 pm
- Closed Sunday
- Overtime is required as needed and during the summer months
- One Saturday per month on call
- One to two on call evenings per week
