Role Overview:

As the Residential HVAC Sales /Project Manager, you will be the linchpin overseeing and managing the project activities and sales in Worcester and surrounding areas. Your main responsibilities include creating and selling project estimates, overseeing the installation crews to ensure quality control, and managing the project's startup. You won't be directly involved in the installation process but will ensure the team executes it seamlessly. Your job will include:

Duties:

• Creating and selling project estimates.
• Ordering equipment and materials.
• Overseeing installation crews on installations for quality control.
• Performing equipment startup.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential HVAC sales, service, and Project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to manage a crew of installers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
