Pay range of $18.00-$25.00 per hour

 The HVAC Parts Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory, sales, and distribution of HVAC parts and supplies. They assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their HVAC systems, provide technical support, and ensure efficient operations within the parts department.

 What You’ll Do 

• Assist customers and technicians in person, over the phone, and via email to identify and purchase HVAC parts and supplies.
• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding the selection and installation of HVAC parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure availability of parts for customers.
• Process orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently using computerized systems.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians, contractors, and other staff members to fulfill parts orders and meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure parts and negotiate pricing.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe for employees and customers.
• Stay informed about new HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends to better assist customers and improve department operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

 What you need to succeed: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HVAC technology is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays (every 3rd Saturday) 
• Previous experience in HVAC parts sales, distribution, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
