A Full-Service Business Law Firm is seeking to hire a mid-level associate specializing in securities law to join our growing Business & Technology Team in our Del Mar Heights office. This candidate must have at least 4-6 years of significant experience in SEC reporting, SEC filings, public and private securities offerings and related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice at an AmLaw 200 Firm that provides substantial client contact, practice development, and professional growth opportunities.
Our best candidate will have a direct role in providing day-to-day support and attention to routine SEC filings, prospectuses, client press releases, board consents, and standard corporate and securities matters. It is also required to have experience in public company reporting compliance, securities offerings, and the drafting of private placement memoranda, subscription documents, standard venture capital and seed financing documents, and related blue sky filings.
This position requires California bar admission and excellent academic credentials. The best candidates will have strong critical analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and be naturally responsive and communicative. A Full-Service Business Law Firm Business & Technology Team has a very a team-oriented culture and requires dedication to professionalism, attention to detail, business development, and client relations.
