Overview:
Join the growing team at E&V Energy! We're currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer for a full-time, year-round position for our Cortland & Ithaca service territory. This is a fantastic career opportunity with a company that values its employees and offers a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our 2-person installation crew, you will be responsible for primarily residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air-conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, ductless systems, water heaters, and more. We are currently placing a strong focus on ductless heat pump installations. It's important to note that our installers are NOT required to perform service work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in HVAC installation
- Tools of the trade and EPA Certification
- Additional background in furnace & A/C repair and related experience is a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- HVAC experience: 3 years (Required)
- Valid driver's license (Required)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility
