Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair cable systems for residential and commercial customers
- Perform network installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes or businesses
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects efficiently
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best cable routing and installation methods
- Test and certify cable installations to ensure proper functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in confined spaces
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications and cable installation practices
- Experience as a service technician or in a field service role is preferred
- Proficient in fiber splicing, Ethernet, computer networking, and Cisco routers
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cable routing and installation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $650.00 - $1,300.00 per week
