Job Responsibilities:
The HVAC Install Tech Helper learns to install and replace HVAC equipment and other appliances on the job. Performs tasks in support ofHVAC Installers. May also support the parts area on an as needed basis.
- Supports Installers in installing and replacing equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Retrieves parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively face to face.
- A valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Desire to learn the HVAC trade, prior mechanical experience a plus
