The job includes, but is not limited to:
1. Assist with coordinating technicians and installers to job sites, parts and equipment pick up and delivery
2. Pull together all info for service call completion and make arrangements for any required return service call
3. Assist with Completing Invoicing
4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, set up service calls, estimates and maintenance calls
5. Coordinate with installers and supply houses for equipment and materials
6. Maintain customer database
7. Assist with coordinating maintenance and inspection agreements
8. Interface between field employees and the office
9. Google Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel
10. Time entry
11. Maintain shop inventory - parts and filters
12. Independent projects
13. Pull City permits and schedule inspections
