JOB:
As a Territory Manager, you will maintain and grow business relationships within a 2-hour radius of the Seattle area. The ideal person for this role will have an understanding of commercial project lifecycles and knowledge of PVF (pipes, valves, fittings) or mechanical products.
The sale is highly consultative, targeting mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners. Your remote and field work will focus on securing commercial purchase orders and seeing each project's completion to fruition. On any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or in a dusty field surveying the future site of a commercial project with developers.This involves collaborating with other inside sales, engineering, and other support team members to meet customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-7 years of B2B territory sales experience
- Experience in commercial construction HVAC development
- Technical aptitude
- Live in the Seattle, Washington area
- Bachelor's Degree required
