*Must pass 90 day probationary period before benefits are allotted. Take Home Vehicles are only for approved employees with in Brevard County.

What Our HVAC Apprentices Do:

• Assist the Installation team on installation of HVAC systems, duct work and blown-in insulation
• Assist Technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Perform every job with technical excellence to live up to our warranties and guarantees
• Have an eager learning attitude to become great at all aspects of plumbing repairs, new installation & diagnosing service issues
• Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment; treat every tool with care as if it was your own
• Work and communicate effectively as an individual, as well as, in a team environment
• Learn and grow to a Junior Technician or Installer

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about Climate Experts Air & Heat and loves the brand
• Applicants must have a current driver license with clean driving record & clear background check
• Follow our Tobacco Policy
• Must Obtain Universal EPA Certification with in 90 days of employment
• Working cell phone with internet connection
• Valid Drivers license with clean driving history
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Outgoing, professional, clean-cut and drug-free
• Quick, sound decision-making abilities
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
• Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
