The Rocky Boy School District is inviting professional, career-focused, individuals to join our administrative team on July 1, 2024. The HR/Personnel Manager we seek to serve as our HR/personnel leader is an effective collaborator with proven skills to manage the District's HR services. This position works with 105 PreK-12 certified, classified, and administrative positions, in addition to 75 head start employees. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) recruiting, screening/rating, and training employees; 2) managing employee benefits, policies and procedures; 3) resolving employee conflicts and concerns; 4) ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; 5) ensuring compliance with personnel policies, CBA's and employee handbook; 6) Drug testing of potential candidates; 7) personnel file maintenance. This list is NOT all inclusive and job description contains supplemental duties. This is an opening for the 2024-25 school year and we encourage you to come and join our team. Salary range $52,000-$62,000 [DOE], which includes sick, annual, personal, and emergency leave.
Qualifications: BA/BS/MA/MS degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, School Administration, or a related HR discipline required. Varying professional HR certifications and work experiences may substitute for specific degree qualifications.
