As the organization continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources/Finance Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and finance for Performance Optimal Health. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing payroll and benefits administration, and overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Salary range to be determined based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management
  • Prepare and monitor the annual HR and finance budgets
  • Manage and coordinate financial planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to the executive team on financial and HR matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar HR and finance leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proficient in HR and finance software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional certification in HR or finance is a plus
