- Standard HR responsibilities.
- Support leadership team, as directed, to ensure that Practice goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support leadership team.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Coordinate communication when liaising with leadership team on various projects, tasks, and objectives.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that leadership teams’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Manage the calendars and schedules of leadership team, including arranging and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for leadership team.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision-making.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Position Qualifications & Experience:
- Leadership experience required (i.e., (HR; Management; Operations).
- Experience in health administration and working in a medical practice or related industry strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with natural ability to triage & prioritize action items.
- Action oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Great independent judgment & intuition with high attention to small details.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must tech intuitive & proficient for a nearly paperless office:
- Tech platforms include google workspace; EMR; CMR, Microsoft Office, & others.
- Position is FT but willing to consider PT option.
