```Duties```
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
- Provide guidance and support in conflict management and resolution.
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Taleo, Oracle, SAP) for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
