Job Description:
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing employee interviews and hiring process, including addition of employees to HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Weekly hiring and terminations reports
- Communicates with medical, dental and prescription providers about employee information – eligibility, dependent changes, etc.
- Assist employees with locating providers, EOB explanations, Claim resolution and prescription mail ordering.
- Recruiting hourly and non-exempt positions; post jobs internally and externally.
- Accurately completing all aspects of recruiting and management, including processing background checks and coordinating follow-up drugs screens as needed.
- Participate in New Hire Orientation.
- Responsible for food safety, food defense, and food quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
