Responsibilities of the Position
- Effectively and efficiently develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process ensuring top talent is recruited and hired.
- Collaborate with Market and Department Leads to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Develop effective interview screening questions as well as interview questions for Hiring Managers to utilize.
- Conduct a professional and thorough onboarding with new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Facilitate training programs as needed throughout the organization.
- Support managers through ECC Performance Management Plans with the team
- Deliver routine reporting and data analysis. Respond to ad hoc data requests.
- Human Resources Certification a plus but not required
- 1-3 years Human Resource experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools, preferably Paychex.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
