Position Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, leveraging various sourcing channels and recruitment methods.
2.Collaborate with Shared Services Centers (SSCs) to streamline recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
3.Manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing guidance to managers on performance improvement.
4.Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
5.Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to business units, providing consultation on HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management.
6.Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights, driving continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation, or HRBP roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
3.Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
5.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
6.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
