What does a Human Resources Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The HR Representative is field-based role which is responsible for supporting the business by driving and enhancing HR-related programs and processes for their designated customer groups. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of overall Human Resources initiatives and programs, including onboarding and off-boarding, engagement and employee experience efforts, reporting, talent acquisition activities, navigating HR resources for the frontline, and talent management processes. This role also has responsibility for ensuring all employees at the site have a voice by spending time on the manufacturing floor speaking with employees on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Support employees and people managers in day-to-day HR operational matters, including onboarding, off-boarding, HR process execution, training and compliance
- Coach and educate people managers under the direction of the HRBP's on HR plans, programs, practices. processes and tools to ensure knowledge transfer related to talent and organizational effectiveness
- Deliver information to employees and leaders based on company handbook/policies and procedures; ensure fair, equitable and consistent application of all company policies and procedures
- Under guidance of Supply Chain Organization Pillar leader, lead the site Organization Pillar. This is a function of Integrated Work Systems and owns the processes of High Performance Organizations (HPO), Rewards & Recognition, and Organizational Design for the site
- Support the rollout of other HR initiatives and communications(i.e., open enrollment, incentives, compensation activities, policy/procedure changes)
- Assist HRBP's in reporting analysis of project and program work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field of study required
- PHR or SHRM-CP within 1 year from hire preferred
- 1+ years HR experience preferred
- 1+ years Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred
- High Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, apps and services
- Ability to build strong relationships and influences people leaders
