- Provide HR support and guidance for associate concerns.
- Data entry of confidential personnel information within the Workday HRIS system.
- Post and manage internal and external job postings and recruiting efforts
- Track LOA and manage return to work
- Maintain the headcount planning for the facility
- Responsible for HR Communication for the facility
- Provide data and update spreadsheets as needed
- Coordinate employee engagement events as needed
- Responsible for purchasing for HR department
- Coordinate with Corporate groups (Total Rewards, Payroll, etc.) to support employee needs.
- Manage HR files.
- Active member of the Awareness & Recognition Committee.
- Perform other functions as requested.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in Human Resources required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are preferred.
- Must have strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
- Familiar with ADA, FMLA, EEO, AAP, and OSHA.
- PHR Certification preferred.
