Job Description
The Human Resources Recruiter will provide the management team with a high level of support by managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all company Policies and Procedures, federal, state and local laws and regulations and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA and HIPAA.
- Assist with benefits administration and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Perform necessary duties relevant to recruiting, sourcing and acquisition of talent to fill vacant or newly created positions, including screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring new employees.
- Work as a liaison between the staffing agencies and the Company ensuring that the agencies are providing quality candidates at a fair and agreed-upon rate.
- Serve as a backup Point of Contact during all emergency drills and actual real-life events.
- Coordinate new hire communication, enrollment for benefits and assist with annual Open Enrollment, including conducting benefit orientations and open enrollment meetings.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring and onboarding using HRIS software.
- Review and maintain job descriptions.
- Manage performance review program and provide assistance and feedback as necessary to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistency.
- Schedule recurring People Analyzer meetings with leadership and direct reports.
- Other Human Resources administrative duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual candidates desired.
- Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong conflict management skills, including those involving sensitive and complex matters.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
