A fast growing, new and exciting ABA Therapy company is searching for a Human Resource Manager. This position is currently part time but would consider offering full for the right candidate. Even if it starts part time, It that will grow into a full time position within 12 months.

Responsibilities will be:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Work with the existing staff to create training programs and be sure everyone is up to date on the latest training requirements
- Help management staff work through any personnel issues that arise
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Identify a HR system that can be easily implemented and meet Strides' current and future needs
- Advise on trends of competitor compensations
- Work to further Strides' employment retention strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related area.
- A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
Part-time: Flexible schedule, 20 to 25 hours per week. Hourly rate of $25 to $30 per hour. Full-time for the right candidate.
