Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement onboarding and exit policy,
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, including performance management, and employee development
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee productivity, attendance and engagement
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce plans and succession planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or High School Diploma plus experience in HR
- 1+ years experience in HR manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing HR initiatives
