WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAs the Manager, People Experience you will provide vital support for the People Experience function and crucial business partnership for your assigned groups. You'll be a leader and guardian of one of this company's most prized assets: its people and approaching things with a forward-thinking attitude. Your core job is to solve complex organizational challenges with people-related solutions. You have built strong business relationships, managed employee development, and implemented Human Resources procedures company-wide. The ideal candidate will have strong entrepreneurial abilities and solid work ethic, combined with a solid HR generalist background.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • Establish and build strong relationships with employees and managers to deliver appropriate talent solutions.
  • Support your business partner group through the employee life cycle and monitor levels of performance, engagement, belonging, and satisfaction.
  • Consult with other team members, providing HR guidance on organizational design, change management, and talent management.
  • Understand every aspect of the businesses you support and be a thought leader on people, business, and organizational topics.
  • Successfully monitor the pulse of the employee population to maintain a high-level of trust and psychological safety.
  • Advocate, provide guidance, counsel, and coach your business partners on employee issues and proper management techniques.
  • Partner with the HR sub-groups (Operations, Talent Acquisition and L&D) as needed to deliver on client group needs and deliver both reactive and pro-active solutions that drive individual and team performance.
  • Supervise, mentor, develop and coach junior team members to ensure ongoing growth and development of the team.
  • Develop strong relationships with other cross functional team members; motivate and engage to ensure commitment, energy, and professionalism at all times.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
  • 8+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • PHR or other HR certifications preferred but not required
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and Workday is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to develop, build, and maintain strong business partnerships
  • Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Passion and demonstrated experience for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead projects at a network level to influence, obtain buy-in, then drive execution and achievement
  • Ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to ask questions and roll up your sleeves to achieve objectives
  • Strong passion for work, life and people; must be an overall positive people person
  • Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports.

SALARY RANGEThe salary range for this position is $100 ,000 to $120 ,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experienc e, and qualifications.
