Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer benefits programs and compensation plans.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in HR management or a related role.
