UNIcycle Business Consulting is an off site HR Department, we are hiring this position for a client. TEN Salon and Spa in Loveland, CO.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager - Culture Transformation Specialist to join our team at TEN Salon and Med Spa. This role will be responsible for handling all employee relations matters while leading the transformation of our company culture.
Status: Full Time / Salary
Responsibilities:
Assess Current Culture: Conduct a thorough analysis of our existing culture to identify areas of improvement and understand the root causes of the current issues.
Develop New Values: Work closely with the leadership team to develop a set of core values that align with our mission and vision, and that foster a positive work environment.
Employee Relations: Take charge of all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives.
Bridge the Gap: Act as a bridge between upper management and the team, facilitating open and transparent communication to rebuild trust and promote collaboration.
Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance communication skills, teamwork, and leadership capabilities across the organization.
Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to ensure a smooth transition to the new culture, addressing any resistance or obstacles along the way.
Promote Values: Act as a champion for the new values, promoting them throughout the organization and reinforcing their importance in day-to-day operations.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of culture initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years Human Resources experience / Team Management experience
Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices.
Proven experience in successfully transforming company culture in a challenging environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and inspire others.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
