Human Resources Manager wanted in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity that's on-site with great benefits. Must be bilingual in Spanish! Salary is $90-110k DOE plus bonus.

Florida based maintenance related company is seeking a Human resources Manager to join their growing company, the idea candidate will have experience in a high-volume related industry, must be able to multi-task and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, retention and career management of full and part-time employees
• Develops policies and procedures
• Oversees employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training
• Provides strategic recommendations and implement programs to support the growth of the company
• Perform annual reviews

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in General HR and career management in a labor-intensive environment (service industry preferred)
• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong understanding of local labor laws
• Strong knowledge of Payroll functions in conjunction with the Finance Department
• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
