JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Human Resources intern will work with the USA Football HR department on a variety of office tasks and projects. The position will be responsible for assisting with Human Resources, Finance, general remote office logistics and various projects.
The HR internship terms are 6 months in length and run Jan-Jun and July-Dec.
Job Responsibilities

- Scheduling interviews for potential candidates
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Updating company database in Paycor
- Updating labor postings and/or tax information for multistate payroll
- Managing/reconciling monthly benefits statements
- Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills essential
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Remote office experience
- Prior Human Resources experience
- Familiarity with Paycor or other Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending and manual dexterity.
