Human Resources Intern

Primary Duties:   

• The HR Intern is responsible for the understanding and execution of NSG Group’s HR systems and processes, providing direct support to the HR Business Partner and  HR Generalist. 
• Maintain records and support report generation.
• Maintains personnel files according to company and legal requirements.
• Complete scanning and filing into the new Electronic Management System. 
• Manage and administer local employee policies and benefit programs in accordance with prescribed company and plant policies
• Support other tasks as needed. 
• Adherence to the NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its’ Values and Principles

Relationships

Internal

• The HR Intern reports to the HR Business Partner 

Qualifications Required: 

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
•  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
• Working towards an Human Resource Degree or Degree in relevant field.
