Primary Duties:
- The HR Intern is responsible for the understanding and execution of NSG Group’s HR systems and processes, providing direct support to the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist.
- Maintain records and support report generation.
- Maintains personnel files according to company and legal requirements.
- Complete scanning and filing into the new Electronic Management System.
- Manage and administer local employee policies and benefit programs in accordance with prescribed company and plant policies
- Support other tasks as needed.
- Adherence to the NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and its’ Values and Principles

- The HR Intern reports to the HR Business Partner
Qualifications Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Working towards an Human Resource Degree or Degree in relevant field.
