Job Description
SIXT is looking for a strategic, self-motivated HRIS Analyst to join our diverse and forward-thinking HRIS team! This person will be essential to help contribute to the organization’s HR system transformation.
The ideal candidate is responsible for end-to-end problem-solving and communication on workplace data. This person will have a strong attention to detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can communicate effectively with a wide-ranging audience. A high intellectual curiosity, and a consultative posture are additional important skills to possess in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the administration and management of the employee data records in HR, Time and Payroll related systems
- Reviews and maintains I-9 records to ensure compliance
- Monitor E-Verify process on new-hires, rehires and existing employees to ensure employment eligibility
- Process new hire paperwork and documents
- Ensure data integrity and oversee security controls
- Review and extract data from multiple HR, Time and Payroll systems to perform data audits
- Complete system new hire enrollment process to ensure successful employee onboarding experience
- Maintain data integrity amongst HR and Payroll systems and manual processes
- Provide Continuous Improvement tactics to current processes to ensure smooth transition to future automation
- Key contributor in HCM and Time and Attendance system implementation and support
- Participate in project testing, data collection and validation
- Perform other duties as defined.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 or more years of HRIS experience
- Attention to detail a Must
- Experience with Workday, Kronos Dimensions Time and Attendance and UKG payroll a plus
- Experience in implementing Human Capital Management systems (HCM), Workday, Oracle, Success Factors a plus
- Strong data set creation skills including the ability to combine and cleanse large data sets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audience
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
