Job Description
- Maintain organizational compliance w/applicable laws and regulations
- Develop/update/implement documentation requirements
- Oversee hiring process
- Process incoming/outgoing employees
- Administer benefits
- Assist with payroll, employee absences, updating and distributing employee manuals
- Act as liaison w/site supervisors
- $15-$17/hr based on experience
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, not necessarily in HR
- IT systems, HR functions, basic knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications
