Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for coordinating and assisting with a variety of HR activities and administrative duties. The role interfaces with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and approaches deliverables with a customer focus and team approach.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain HRIS data such as job profiles, compensation elements.
- Code and prepare department invoices for processing.
- Draft and edit Total Rewards communications and presentations such as benefit FAQs, wellness communications, rewards statements, etc.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal processes both inside and outside of Company’s HRIS system as well as correlated SOP documents.
- Monitor and respond to Total Rewards related employee requests through HR email inbox.
- Maintain and update HR intranet with accurate information related to the benefits and payroll areas.
- Assist with benefits administration, leave administration, special projects, data validation, and auditing, including following up with employees.
- Support time and attendance and payroll functions as dedicated back up to Payroll Supervisor.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and activities related to Total Rewards initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of overarching Total Rewards philosophy and related initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards functional owners.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Power Point, Word and Outlook.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources or related field required.
- Experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Work is performed at a CIVI location Tues-Thurs with an option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
- Schedule: traditional 40-hour workweek or alternative schedule of 9 hour works days M-Thurs and 4-hour workdays Friday.
- Travel required to the Civitas field locations.
