Job Description
You will:
- Engage with employees answering general questions about the benefits, and other HR related questions
- Conduct investigations and documentation process
- Process LOA and have understanding of HR laws
- Lead recruiting efforts suggestions for recruitment and retention strategies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leadership
- Be part of part of a team and solution based
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR role including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations
- Excellent communications skills in writing and comfortable engaging with all levels of employees
- Solution orientated, willingness to grow and desire to work in a team environment
- Well versed with Oregon Employment Law
- Competitive salary: $80K+ DOE

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
